PT. Universal Network Indonesia (UNI) is a leading IT solution company based in Indonesia. Incorporated in 1999, the business commenced as a retail store known as “Universal Computer” that focused on marketing various network devices in Mangga Dua Mall – Jakarta. From the outset UNI have specialised in providing products with the latest and most advanced services to our customers by retailing a range of IT infrastructure products from leading suppliers including 3COM, DLINK, Allied Telesyn & AMP.

Since its inception, UNI has been recording substantial growth each and every year. In the year 2003, the business has marked its growth and stability by opening its first branch at Orion Glodok Plaza and succeeded in its expansion programme. Following the same scale of expansion, in 2005, UNI has successfully opened 2nd branch at the Central Electronics Harco Mangga Dua Jakarta and 3rd branch store located on Point Square South Jakarta. Through additional branches, the business began to focus more on the distribution channels, assisting Distributors in providing IT products Network for the market.

In 2016, we have setup our corporate sales team to The Mansion Bougenville Kemayoran, seperating our sales division aside in order to focus to offering a integrator services for our channel partners in Indonesia, as part of our value-added services, UNI provides additional professional services covering:
